Celine Van Der Stroom Week-End Clinic

From
8/2/25
 to
9/2/25
El Aguilon - Tarifa

Celine is a licensed Bent Branderup® Trainer, an expert in horsemanship with a deep passion for the purity of the Academic school and correct biomechanics movement.

Specializing in posture, connecting trough the seat and groundwork, she emphasizes the importance of a balanced, harmonious connection between horse and rider.

Her approach centers on creating a seamless unity, free from physical or mental blockages, so that both horse and rider can communicate and move together effortlessly.

Through her guidance, Celine nurtures the unique talents of both horse and rider, fostering optimal joint development and enabling them to reach their full potential.

The Academic Art of Riding is the art that Bent Branderup, among others, has recreated by placing emphasis on the horse's basic training in the way it used to be done.

The horse learns to find its form even if it has been injured and still last many years as a riding horse without the injury being noticeable or felt by the horse. Since you constantly work at a calm and relaxed pace and movement schedule, you can see this horsemanship as the equivalent of health care/physiotherapy for people.

The horse is muscled in such a way that it lasts for many years as a riding horse without tension and locked movements.

The week-end is a combination of theory & practical lessons. You can participate to the clinic with two formules:

  • Riding student : the unique opportunity to participate with your own horse including 2 lessons/day and 2 theory lessons/day.
  • Auditor: By observing the practical lessons you train your eye and your theoretical knowledge. The theory always has interfaces with the practical lessons in the field of biomechanics of horse and rider, technical approach to training, didactic skills and philosophy of Academic Riding.

Both can join body-awareness practice which suits to the practical training.
