Born in the North-East of France, Laetitia then chose to settle in Gruissan, near Narbonne, where she has devoted several years of her life. Although she obtained a BTS in "sales force", she never felt the desire to continue in this field.
A passionate windsurfing enthusiast, Spain held a real attraction for Laetitia, as it did for many other riders at the time. Following a triggering event, she decided to grab life by the scruff of the neck and live every moment with a passion!
Initially coming to Tarifa for a 3-month period, she left her suitcases for good in January 2001, on "Los Reyes Magos" day... certainly a sign that she, too, had followed her lucky star 😉
For five joyful and challenging years, she was the receptionist at 100% Fun. Over the years, Laetitia has slowly laid the foundations for a fulfilling life in Tarifa. Life has also given her other opportunities, such as working for a while in Gibraltar and then continuing on to Toledo. But Tarifa remained close to her heart, and she eventually returned to make it her permanent home.
An enthusiastic yoga enthusiast, Laetitia followed her path by training with the SIVANANDA school. After sharing her knowledge by giving classes, another opportunity presented itself: to bring well-being through massage. Attracted by this new perspective, she embraced this new path with passion, offering her customers an enriching experience of relaxation and well-being.
One thing led to another, and in 2021, Laetitia decided to add new strings to her bow, such as Reiki. But above all, she created her own method: Body Soul Move, whose motto is: "Move your body to feel free".
With each new discipline, she lets her intuition, her feeling, guide her in everything she undertakes.
This instinctive approach has worked wonders for her, bringing a unique and authentic touch to each practice. Her passionate commitment to these different disciplines enables her to create enriching experiences for herself and for those lucky enough to meet her.
